LOWELL M. DAVIDSON

GENERAL
Mr. Davidson serves as Principal consultant of DSA, Inc. He is a communications consultant, planner, designer, and project manager with over 35 years experience in multiple low voltage technologies. He is able to solve problems, develop integrated designs, and manage multiple contractors to achieve realization of client objectives in a timely and cost conscious manner.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Mr. Davidson was one of three professionals who incorporated DSA, Inc. in 1994. Their objective was to provide independent consulting and design services to architects, engineers, and other clients as regards to the incorporation of advancing and changing communication technologies into new and remodeled facilities.

Through the years, DSA projects have included a wide range of clients including K-12 school districts, higher education campuses, corporate research facilities, governmental agencies, and private ventures. Representative projects with which Mr. Davidson and DSA, Inc. has worked include:

Eli Lilly and Company - Indianapolis, IN
Research buildings, management facilities including: Impact studies, security headquarters, board/conference room systems, video information, video teleconferencing, and more.

Carmel Clay Schools - Carmel, IN
Premier Indiana school district projects include master planning, security, audio-video, sound reinforcement, video distribution, LAN/WAN, telephone/voice mail, digital radio and HD television production facilities upgrade, and technology impact studies.

Sinclair Community College - Dayton, OH
24-building campus with multi-year projects including campus-wide infrastructure analysis and upgrade, RF distribution to all buildings, 200 classroom audio-video systems, distance learning, sound reinforcement for athletic facilities and campus theater, and security projects.

Indiana State Museum - Indianapolis, IN
Technology intensive museum opened in 2002. Project included structured cable, distance learning, telephone system, and video distribution network.

Elkhart County Correctional Complex - Goshen, IN
Minimum-Medium-Maximum security facility. Multi-building elements included outdoor/indoor infrastructure, audio-video, training facilities, remote court arraignment, distance learning, VoIP telephone/voice mail, command center.

Vanderburg Auditorium and Convention Center - Evansville, IN
Provided structured cable, LAN, telephone system, audio-video system, sound reinforcement, and flexible, multi-media access for convention floor and booth space.
