Carmel High School Audio Video upgrade

DSA was asked to upgrade 198 instructional classrooms at Carmel High School and provide electrical modifications necessary to accommodate the new ceiling-mounted projector locations.
Demolition of existing television receivers and projections screens in all classrooms preceded the installation of the new equipment. Each classroom received a new projection screen, new DLP projector, new audio amplifier and stereo speakers, new DVD/VCR, and a document camera. The DVD/VCR unit contains a built-in tuner providing reception of the school's internal video distribution system as well as local cable television. Connection from the equipment is provided to the teacher's computer for workstation display and stereo audio playback.
Television receivers in selected office and public spaces are scheduled for removal and replaced with 42" flat-panel LCD monitors.
